In 2020, ShawKwei & Partners established ICONS Beauty Group as a rollup platform for investments in beauty and wellness products and acquired a minority stake in ICS. In 2022, ICONS acquired 100% of the company.

In April 2022, ShawKwei & Partners acquired a 100% stake in Rauxel Pty Ltd, an Australian contract manufacturer producing haircare and skincare formulas for leading brands. Rauxel has been integrated into ICONS Beauty Group and rebranded as ICONS|Rauxel. This expands ICONS’ capabilities by providing premium, clean, and creative haircare and skincare solutions. Rauxel’s expertise in botanicals and natural extracts aligns with global trends toward sustainable beauty products.
In September 2023, ICONS Beauty Group acquired a 100% stake in CTL Packaging USA, Inc., Rebranded as ICONS|America, the company manufactures high quality tubes for beauty and wellness packaging from its factory in Charlotte, North Carolina. Icons | America represents the re-shoring of packaging manufacturing. Its “Made in USA” tubes provide shortened lead times and the highest level of sustainability through manufacturing and transporting in-region.
